These terms govern your use of the Wine Wellness website and all services offered through it, retreats, membership, wine collections, gatherings, and editorial content. By using the site or purchasing from it, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
Wine Wellness is operated from Montalcino, Tuscany, Italy, in partnership with Terralsole estate. Correspondence: hello@winewellness.com.
Eligibility
You must be of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction to purchase wine, apply to a retreat, or activate a membership. We verify age at checkout, at the door of the site, and at delivery.
Accounts
If you create a Vivanti account, you’re responsible for the activity on it and for keeping your credentials secure. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
Purchases, retreats, and memberships
Purchases of wine collections, retreat bookings, and memberships are governed by the policies linked below, which form part of these terms:
Content
All editorial content on the site, letters, photography, recipes, tasting notes, videos, is the property of Wine Wellness and its contributors. You may share individual articles with attribution; you may not reproduce the content in full without written permission.
Acceptable use
Don’t attempt to access accounts that aren’t yours, scrape the site at scale, or use it to distribute malicious code or unlawful content. We reserve the right to suspend access where these terms are breached.
Disclaimers and liability
We deliver what we describe with care, but we provide the site and services "as is" to the extent permitted by law. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses that result from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Siena, Tuscany, unless your local consumer law grants you a different right you cannot waive.
Changes
We update these terms occasionally. When we do, we change the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes are emailed to members.
