Shipping is included in the price of every Collection. The price you see is the price you pay.
5–10 business days from order to doorstep. We ship Tuesday through Friday, no weekend dispatches, because a wine crate sitting in a weekend warehouse is a wine crate in a hot truck on Monday.
Required at delivery. The courier will not leave wine unattended. If no adult is home, they'll try again twice, then hold it at a local depot for pickup.
From May through September, all US shipments travel refrigerated or with dedicated cold packs. No exceptions. No extra charge.
We cannot currently ship to a handful of US states where direct-to-consumer wine shipping is legally restricted. Laws change. If your state is restricted, we'll let you know before checkout, and alert you if the law changes.

The buyer's responsibility. We provide accurate paperwork and declare honestly. Import duties vary by country.

If your state is listed at checkout, we’re working on it. Alcohol shipping laws change every legislative session. Subscribe to the newsletter and we’ll tell you the moment your state opens.
Send us a photograph within 48 hours of delivery. We replace it at our expense. No forms, no arguments.
If tracking shows delivered but the crate hasn't arrived, contact us within 7 days. We investigate with the courier. If the crate is genuinely lost, we ship a replacement.
If the crate is damaged but the wine is intact, we'll send a replacement crate at our expense.
By law, wine can only be shipped to adults of legal drinking age. We verify age at two points: when you visit the site, and when the courier delivers. Both are legally required. Both also feel right , wine is a practice of presence, and presence belongs to adults.
