What's included in the retreat price?

Accommodation, all meals, all wines poured at retreat events, excursions and tastings, local transportation within Tuscany, and a 3-month Tuscan Table membership. International flights, personal expenses, and optional extras are not included.

I'm not a wine expert. Will I be lost?

No. Wine expertise is not a prerequisite. Athena teaches through the senses, not a wine curriculum. Beginners and collectors both leave with something they didn't arrive with.

Is this for solo travelers, couples, or groups?

Accepted Answer

All three. Solo guests arrive alone and leave with a dozen friends. Couples have their own room and their own time together built into every day. Groups of friends book two or three rooms and fit seamlessly.

What about dietary preferences?

The Tuscan table accommodates naturally. Vegetable-forward, gluten-sensitive, no pork, no dairy, tell us what you need, and the menu adapts. You will not feel accommodated. You will feel fed.

What's the refund policy?

Full refund up to 90 days before the retreat. 50% refund 60–90 days out. After 60 days, we hold the deposit unless we can fill your place.

Is this just another wine club?

No. A wine club ships you wine. A membership teaches you how to taste. Wine Wellness is the second. The wine comes separately, if you want it, at a discount.

I'm not a wine expert, is this for me?

Especially for you. Wine Wellness doesn't teach from a textbook. It teaches through the senses. If you can feel, you can taste.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Monthly billing stops at the end of the current cycle. You keep access through that period. Annual memberships are non-refundable after 30 days but remain active for the full year.

Do I have to buy wine through Wine Wellness to be a member?

Accepted Answer

Never. Many Vivanti drink from their own cellars. The membership teaches you how to taste anything.

What's the difference between The Cellar and the Inner Circle?

The Cellar (Tuscan Table, $97/mo) gives you the Wednesdays, the library, the community, and 10% discounts. The Inner Circle ($329/mo) adds a monthly 1-on-1 with Athena, access to library vintages not sold publicly, custom wine labels, 15% discounts, and priority retreat placement. The Inner Circle is capped at 25 members.

Will I get hit with massive shipping fees?

No. For US orders, shipping is included. The price you see is the price you pay. No calculations at checkout, no surprises, no "just $75 more" at the last step.

Can I buy a single bottle?

Not on this site, Wine Wellness ships full Collections only. For single-bottle purchases, visit our sister site, the Terralsole estate store.

What if I'm not home for delivery?

The courier will make three attempts. You can reschedule via their app. Wine will not be left at the door, adult signature required.

Do you ship internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Most of the EU, UK, Canada, Australia, and the UAE. Rates calculated at checkout. Customs and duties are the buyer's responsibility but are clearly displayed before you confirm.

Is the Collection a subscription?

No. One-time purchase. If you want recurring wine shipments, the Terralsole at Your Table subscription is available on the Terralsole site.

How long does shipping take?

US: 5–10 business days. International: 10–21 business days depending on customs.

What if a bottle arrives broken?

We replace it. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we'll ship a replacement at our expense.

What forms of payment do you accept?

All major credit cards and Apple Pay via Stripe. Inner Circle applications can also arrange direct billing for annual renewals.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. We use Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We never store card details on our servers.
