Wine Wellness respects the privacy of every guest, member, reader, and visitor. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
When you register for a retreat, apply for membership, purchase a Collection, subscribe to the newsletter, or contact us, we collect the information you provide directly, typically your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and any notes you choose to share (for example, dietary preferences in a retreat application).
When you visit the site, we also collect limited technical data , pages viewed, referring source, device type, via analytics cookies. This helps us understand which letters, retreats, and collections resonate. See our Cookie Policy for details and controls.
How we use it
We use your data to deliver your membership, fulfil your orders, respond to your inquiries, send you the letters you subscribed to, and operate the site. We don’t sell your data. Ever.
Who we share it with
We share data only with the service providers we need to run the business, our payments processor (Stripe), email provider, shipping couriers, and analytics provider. Each is bound by its own privacy obligations. We don’t share your data with third parties for their marketing.
Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@winewellness.com. We process deletion requests within seven days and confirm completion.
Retention
We hold order and membership data for as long as required by law and for legitimate business records. Newsletter data is held until you unsubscribe.
