Refund Policy
Clear windows, no surprises. This policy covers refunds for retreats, memberships, and wine collections. For the full terms that govern each, see Retreat Terms & Conditions and Membership Terms.
Retreats
Full refund up to 90 days before the retreat. 50% refund 60–90 days out. After 60 days, we hold the deposit unless we can fill your place.
If the retreat doesn’t fill, we launch at a minimum of six. If we fall below, we refund in full or reschedule.
Memberships
Monthly memberships cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep access through that period. Annual memberships are non-refundable after day 30, but you keep full access through the remainder of the year you paid for.
Wine Collections
Collections are final-sale once shipped. If a bottle arrives broken, send a photograph within 48 hours of delivery and we replace it at our expense. If tracking shows delivered but the crate hasn’t arrived, contact us within 7 days and we’ll investigate with the courier; if the crate is genuinely lost, we ship a replacement.
Gift memberships and gift collections
Gifts are refundable to the purchaser, on the same terms as the underlying membership or collection, provided the recipient has not yet redeemed or received the item.
How to request a refund
Email hello@winewellness.com with your order or booking reference. We respond within two business days and process approved refunds to the original payment method within seven business days of approval.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy removes any refund or cancellation right granted to you under applicable consumer law.
