Membership Terms
These terms apply to both Wine Wellness memberships, The Tuscan Table and The Inner Circle. They sit alongside our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.
Eligibility
Membership is available to adults of legal drinking age. Inner Circle is by application.
Billing
Memberships are offered on monthly or annual billing cycles, as shown on the membership page at the time of purchase. Prices are charged in the currency displayed and renew automatically on the same cycle until cancelled.
Cancellation and refunds
Monthly memberships cancel at the end of the current billing cycle. You keep access through that period. Annual memberships are non-refundable after 30 days but remain active for the full year you paid for.

Benefits
The specific benefits of each tier, Wednesdays, the library, the Members’ Reserve, monthly calls, custom label eligibility, priority access, are described on the membership pages and may evolve over time. We’ll give reasonable notice of material changes.
Guest Pass
Where a Guest Pass is included with your tier, it’s personal to the member. It cannot be resold. Conditions of use are listed on the membership page.
Wednesdays and live sessions
Live sessions are held on scheduled dates. Replays are made available to current members. We don’t guarantee a specific number of sessions per month, but we publish a calendar each quarter.
Acceptable use
Your membership is personal. Login credentials and downloaded materials are for your use. Redistribution of session recordings or library materials isn’t permitted.
Suspension and termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership for material breach of these terms or conduct that disrupts the community. Where we terminate without cause mid-cycle, we’ll refund the unused portion of the cycle.
Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes are emailed to members at least 14 days in advance.
