Autumn Dinner with Brunello
A long table in downtown New York. Five courses, six wines, Athena at the head.

In Tuscany. In Key Largo. In the cities where the Vivanti gather.
A Wine Wellness dinner is not a restaurant experience.
Athena pours. Athena tells the story. The menu is designed to make the wine sing. The people at the table become, for one evening, a temporary Vivanti.
You arrive as a guest. By the third course, you’re a regular.

A long table in downtown New York. Five courses, six wines, Athena at the head.

Three vintages of Brunello Riserva, 2013, 2016, 2018, poured alongside a four-course Tuscan menu.

A private evening in Pacific Heights. Six courses built around a vertical from the Terralsole cellar.

“You arrive as a guest. By the third course, you're a regular.”
The house rule

Arrival. A glass of something sparkling. A moment to settle. The room is already set.

First pour. Athena introduces the wine, the vintage, the year it was made. She does not lecture. She tells the story.

Course by course. Four to six courses, each plated to make the wine sing. The conversation at the table moves with the food.

The library moment. Somewhere mid-meal, a bottle appears that was not on the printed menu. A Riserva from the estate cellar. A library vintage. Something that does not exist on any website.

The long goodbye. Dinners end when they end. Typically after three hours. Sometimes after four.
A short gallery of recent evenings. Each one its own room, its own city, its own vintages.

Private dinners are arranged for clubs, societies, wine groups, and private hosts who want Athena’s table to come to them. Athena selects the wines, collaborates with your chef on the menu, and hosts the evening.
